By accessing or using Reweyou, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
By creating an account on Reweyou, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including creators, subscribers, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Reweyou. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
As a creator, you are responsible for all content posted on your account. You retain ownership of your content but grant Reweyou a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Platform Fee:
Reweyou charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reweyou does not store payment card information.
Payouts to creators are processed automatically on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum threshold of $50.
Creator-bound portions of payments may be subject to a 10-calendar-day holding period after a successful charge so that valid refund requests, disputes, and chargebacks can be handled before funds are fully settled toward payouts. This protects both supporters and creators. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Creators may set their own subscription prices and tier structures. Subscribers will be notified of any price changes 30 days in advance.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Reweyou:
Violation of these content policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain all rights to content you post on Reweyou. However, by posting content, you grant Reweyou a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.
The Reweyou name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Reweyou and may not be used without permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using Reweyou, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, but Reweyou may retain certain data as required by law.
Reweyou is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Reweyou be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Reweyou.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
Your continued use of Reweyou after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
