This policy describes how refunds, disputes, and creator settlement work on Reweyou, including our 10-day payment holding period to protect both supporters and creators.
Reweyou is a creator platform where fans can subscribe, tip, unlock content, purchase digital products, and engage with creators. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reweyou charges a 10% platform fee on qualifying transactions, as described in our Terms of Service. This Refund Policy works together with those terms and our Privacy Policy.

Why we hold funds for 10 calendar days
After a successful payment, the portion of funds attributable to the creator (after Reweyou's platform fee and payment processing costs) is subject to a 10-calendar-day holding period before it is treated as fully settled for payout purposes. This holding period exists primarily to support a fair refund and dispute window: it allows legitimate refund requests to be reviewed, aligns with common card-network dispute timing, and helps protect both supporters who paid in good faith and creators from premature release of funds that may still be subject to reversal.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account; cancellation typically stops future renewals rather than automatically refunding past billing periods.
As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified billing error).
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, Stripe and the card network will govern much of the process. We will provide reasonable cooperation and evidence as permitted. Outcomes may result in reversal of funds, account restrictions, or termination for abuse of the payments system, as described in our Terms of Service.
Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect subject to verification, compliance, and our payout rules. The 10-day hold applies so that supporter refunds and payment disputes can be handled before amounts are fully committed to your payout cycle.
If Reweyou or Stripe requires you to reconnect or re-verify your payout account, payouts may be delayed until requirements are satisfied.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice, or as required by law. Continued use of Reweyou after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
